Drew Friedman is one of the original founders of the IT company now known as Tusk. Drew is a competitive ski racer, sailor, and water polo player who understands how to cooperate and work well, both individually and on a team. He has worked at New York Presbyterian doing information technology, and administrative work. He is a current senior at the Trinity School in New York City. When asked what he was most proud of, he responded "my reputation with my teachers and family." Drew is a lifeline of Tusk: his deep love for computers and helping people is at the center of what Tusk aims to achieve. Drew oversees day to day operations at Tusk, makes sure the team works well together, and oversees the training program of all new Tusk professionals.
George Votis is the expansion force behind Tusk. Currently learning French and Mandarin, he considers himself a citizen of the world. He attends New York University, a leader behind FilledTummyPune -- a non for-profit and data collection app based in Pune, India -- and a loyal brother and son. George has worked in construction, hospitality, the art-business world, and in energy. He is a lover of music, literature, art, and all things STEM, with experience building and programming computers (focusing on AI and machine learning). George has a bold entrepreneurial spirit and adores the puzzles and challenges of the field. In his free time he spends time with his family and plays the guitar. At Tusk, George focuses on growth and expansion opportunities, as well as business plan, strategy, and company organizational structure.
